SMS Messaging Terms

Effective date: September 4, 2026

1. Program description

GetBusy helps home-service businesses send transactional text messages to customers who have an existing service relationship with that business. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician or schedule updates, invoice and payment reminders, payment confirmations, and replies to customer service questions. The program does not send third-party promotional offers.

2. Consent

You receive messages only after providing your mobile number to the service business and giving specific consent to receive service-related text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The business is responsible for keeping a record of your consent before sending through GetBusy.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your appointments, account activity, and requests for service. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you later reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact the service business that sent the message.

5. Privacy

GetBusy does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the full Privacy Policy for information about how messaging data is used, protected, and retained.

6. Support

For help with a specific appointment, invoice, or service request, contact the home-service business identified in the message. Questions about the GetBusy messaging service can be sent to privacy@getbusy.ai.
