1. Agreement to these terms
This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of the GetBusy Operator Platform, an AI-assisted operator workspace for service businesses. By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business or organization you represent.
2. Limited license
Subject to these terms, GetBusy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing product except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
3. Accounts and authorized users
You are responsible for account activity by your users, maintaining accurate account information, and protecting login credentials. You must ensure that each user has authority to access the business data, accounting data, tasks, findings, and integrations available in the workspace.
4. QuickBooks Online connection
The service may let you connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth. The current QuickBooks integration is designed for read-only analysis, including syncing business records such as customers, invoices, vendors, accounts, bills, purchases, payments, and related accounting metadata so agents can surface evidence-backed findings and suggested tasks. You may disconnect QuickBooks from the integrations page or revoke access from your Intuit account.
5. AI-assisted outputs
The service uses AI systems to summarize data, identify potential risks, and recommend operational follow-up. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by an authorized person before you rely on them or take action. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not replace professional judgment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate third-party rights, or submit data that you do not have permission to use. You may not use the service to make automated decisions about individuals without required human review and legal compliance.
7. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit or authorize the service to access. You grant GetBusy the rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, including processing connected integration data, generating findings, supporting users, and meeting legal obligations. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Integrations such as QuickBooks Online are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. GetBusy is not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, or data handling outside of our control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or if continued access would harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account or workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBusy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated output.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
