This Privacy Policy describes how Get Busy collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and related services.

It also explains how we handle information received from Google APIs when you choose to connect Google Calendar or other Google services to Get Busy.

We collect information you provide directly to us, information created through your use of the service, and limited information from connected integrations.

• Account and contact data, such as your name, email address, organization details, and login credentials.
• Workspace data, such as business details, scheduling settings, campaign content, notes, prompts, generated outputs, and other information you submit while using Get Busy.
• Transaction and billing information when you purchase paid features, typically through third-party payment processors.
• Technical and usage data, such as log data, device information, browser type, IP address, and analytics events used to operate and secure the service.
• Integration data from third-party services you connect, including Google account email, OAuth tokens, calendar availability, and event data needed to support scheduling workflows.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Get Busy and its customer-requested features.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
• Create, update, and manage scheduling and workflow actions requested by you.
• Communicate with you about support, operational notices, billing, and product updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

If you connect Google Calendar to Get Busy, we request access only to the Google data needed to power the scheduling features you ask us to run inside the product.

At the time of writing, Get Busy requests Google Calendar scopes that allow the service to read calendar availability and create calendar events, and it may also retrieve your Google account email address as account metadata.

We use Google API data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you explicitly request. We do not sell Google user data.

• Read calendar availability so we can show open times and avoid conflicts.
• Create or update calendar events related to bookings or scheduling actions you initiate.
• Store and refresh OAuth tokens so your approved connection continues working until you disconnect it or ask us to remove it.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, authentication, and payment providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

If you disconnect a Google integration, request deletion, or close your account, we will delete or de-identify data where reasonably practicable, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You may update certain account information through the product.
• You may disconnect Google or other integrations at any time through supported product settings or by contacting us.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@justgetbusy.com.

Get Busy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
